LAHORE: A man allegedly killed his wife over a domestic dispute in Lahore on Monday. As per police, Ali Raza shot her wife, Zinera, dead outside their residence in Guldasht Town after they got into a verbal spat. In September, a woman was severely tortured by her husband and in-laws in the Shahdara Town area of Lahore after her parents failed to fulfil their demand for a motorcycle. In another incident happened in the same month, a woman with the help of her son strangled her husband to death over a family dispute in Lahore’s Shadbagh area. Earlier in July this year, police apprehended a man who threw acid on her wife during a domestic fight in Lahore.
