Sodiq OyelekeLagos State, on Saturday, recorded its lowest cases of coronavirus in three weeks, The PUNCH reports. According to data obtained from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, the state recorded 66 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday. A further breakdown of the data showed that this is the lowest cases recorded by the state in 24 days. The PUNCH reports that Lagos has recorded no fewer than 3,630 COVID-19 cases between the 24 days interval. Announcing the recent cases of COVID-19 cases in Nigeria, NCDC said, “On the 6th of June 2020, 389 new confirmed cases and 9 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
