Lady Gaga surprised a room full of East London clubgoers with a live performance in a shiny crop top early Saturday, just hours after dropping her upcoming album’s first single, “Perfect Illusion.”Guests of the Moth Club heard Gaga perform the new song and some old favorites including 2009’s “Bad Romance,” along with other pop hits. The Daily Telegraph reports that Gaga’s producer, Mark Ronson, warmed up for her performance with a DJ set before the singer took the stage around 1:30 a.m.
