Next Thursday (July 27), Chef Anchalee “An” Ponrungsit will prepare a five-course set dinner menu on the theme “Avant-garde cooking with a Thai twist”. She worked her way up to become Chef De Cuisine at Madison in 2016, during this time the hotel was rebranded from Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok to Anantara Siam Bangkok. Her passion for cooking took her to Australia, and in 1998 she started her career as a chef at Sailor Thai Restaurant in Sydney. All three chefs come together on July 30 for “The Grand Finale”, a six-course set dinner menu, which guests shouldn’t miss! The five-course dinner menu is priced at Bt2,900-net from July 27-29 and Bt3,500 net per person for The Grand Finale.
