KUALA LUMPUR: Labuan is set to receive around RM78 million in 2020 Budget allocation from the federal government, the biggest it has ever received in history. Commenting on the 2020 Budget, Amir Hussien said the tax incentives for some tourism activities and RM1.1 billion allocation to Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture by the government will boost tourism economy in the country. He said this should bode well for Labuan, which will rely on tourism as one of the economic drivers.
