TAWAU: A 44-year-old motorcyclist was accidentally run over by an oil tanker driven by his older brother at Batu 6, Jalan Apas here. The victim, who was a labourer, was killed on the scene at about 6.40am Friday (April 26). Tawau acting police chief Supt Nor Azizulkifli Mansor said the victim's motorcycle had crashed into a car that was queuing to make a U-turn. "His brother, who was driving an oil tanker to Semporna, could not stop in time and ran over the victim and motorcycle," he said. The car driver and the victim's brother were unscathed.
