Dhaka 3rd Labour Court Chairman Rahibul Islam passed the order asking them to appear before the court on February 6, Labour Court Staff Member Jamal Uddin confirmed the mateer on Monday, reports BSS. A case filed against them for violating 10 rules of the Labour Act. On January 5, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments Labour Inspector (general) Tariqul Islam filed a case in the Dhaka 3rd Labour Court against Dr Yunus and three others for violating 10 rules of the Labour Act. The three other Grameen Communications officials, summoned by the court, are Managing Director Naznin Sultana and Director Abdul Hai Khan and Deputy General Manager Gouri Shankar.
