PHOTO | EVANS HABILEmployment and Labour Relations Court Judge Hellen Wasilwa has sentenced doctors’ union officials to one month jail term. Judge Wasilwa on Monday lifted suspension on her one-month sentence after the officials failed to comply with the court’s conditions. On December 20, the Employment and Labour Relations Court found KMPDU Chairman Samuel Oroko, Secretary-General Ouma Oluga and others guilty of contempt. The other officials are Daisy Korir, Evelyne Chege, Allan Ochanji, Mwachonda Chibandzi and Titus Ondoro, according to the union.
