LONDON—Labour‘s Sadiq Khan was sworn in as London’s mayor on Saturday after clinching victory in the early hours to end a bitter battle with his Conservative rival. Mr. Khan’s victory, which made him London’s first Muslim mayor, was a rare bright spot for the main opposition Labour Party after it suffered losses in other local elections.
