LTFRB Spokesperson Aileen Lizada told reporters that Virgilio Doctor is expected to appear at the LTFRB office on Monday afternoon. But when the driver opened the door, the woman supposedly slapped him. Doctor consequently stepped out of the taxi, holding his cheek and limping; and eventually sat on the pavement.
