Share TweetBy Argyll Cyrus GeducosPresident Duterte has appointed Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Board Member Aileen Lizada as new Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC). Based on official documents released to the media Thursday, Lizada was appointed as ad interim CSC Commissioner on November 9, 2018. Duterte appointed Alicia Manuel and Caroline Lansang as the new board members and will serve until June 30 next year. The President also named Roy Villa as new member of the board of directors of the Philippine National Railways (PNR).
