Emmitt Williams posted a double-double and six other LSU players scored in double figures as the host Tigers won their fourth straight game by routing Northwestern State 109-59 in a nonconference contest Sunday afternoon in Baton Rouge, La. Williams finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds, Javonte Smart scored 17, Darius Days scored 16, and Trendon Watford and Skylar Mays scored 14 each. The Demons took two early leads and the score was tied four times before Days made two free throws to put the Tigers ahead for good, 21-19. The Tigers took their biggest first-half lead at 52-26 at the end of a 23-4 run. The Demons scored the final six points of the half, leaving LSU with a 52-32 halftime lead.
