LSU expects WR Marshall back for Auburn game

2-ranked LSU Tigers expect to have wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. back in the lineup when they face No. 9 Auburn in a key SEC contest on Saturday. “We plan on easing him along, see how much he could do,” LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said Monday of Marshall, who missed the past three games after sustaining a right foot injury on Sept. 21 against Vanderbilt. Marshall left in the second half of the Tigers’ 66-38 victory at Vanderbilt and was later on the sideline using crutches with a boot on his left foot. He had four catches for 75 yards, giving him 20 receptions for 304 yards and six touchdowns for the nation’s second-ranked LSU passing attack that is averaging 385.7 yards a game.
