MANILA, Philippines – The Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) resumed partial operations Tuesday morning after a burning power rectifier paralyzed operations last week. The trains, however, will only operate from Cubao (Araneta City terminal) in Quezon City to C.M. In an earlier statement, Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) administrator Reynaldo Berroya said only a limited number of trains will be deployed and speed restrictions will be implemented.
