Share TweetBy Noreen JazulThe low pressure area (LPA) in the west of extreme northern Luzon developed into tropical depression “Goring” Friday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services said. PAGASA said “Goring” was spotted at 190 kilometers north northwest of Basco, Batanes, at 10:00 am, Friday. “Goring” was moving at 30 kilometers per hour (kph) in a northeast direction, with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph and gusts reaching 60 kph. “Goring” is expected to exit PAR Friday evening or early Saturday morning.
