PAGASA weather specialist Loriedin Dela Cruz said that the trough or extension of the LPA will affect Visayas, the eastern part of Mindanao, as well as Southern Luzon. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be felt over Bicol Region, Visayas, CARAGA, Davao Region and MIMAROPA due to LPA and the tail-end of cold front. Flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible according to PAGASA.
