Advincula, who claimed to be “Bikoy”, said Sen. Antonio Trillanes 3rd was behind the production of the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos. “We met several times about the video,” he told reporters in a news conference at Camp Crame, headquarters of the Philippine National Police. Weeks ago, Advincula surfaced at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, seeking legal counsel. Advincula alleged that the plan would allow Vice President Leni Robredo to “appoint a certain congressman or senator to be the vice president” and that person would be Trillanes.
