Musician Murua Muziki, flanked by a number of bodaboda riders, made his way to the Central Police Station in Nairobi on Thursday armed with flowers to surprise an officer at the station. ​There is no perfect love story and this was not any different as the ‘delegation’ was denied entry by the OCPD. He, however, softened his stance after learning that Murua was at the station to surprise one of his officers, Irene Chepkoech. Murua first dished out flowers to officers at the station before handing his gift – a voucher for two at the After 40 Hotel- to Chepkoech. The officers gave out flowers to motorists as they went about their duties, an act that was warmly received in the area.
