MANILA, Philippines — Members of Akbayan party-list gathered in front of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Pasay City on Thursday to protest incidents of Chinese incursions in the West Philippine Sea. The group in particular slammed the reported poaching of giant clams by Chinese fishermen from the waters of Scarborough Shoal.
