MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, the man claiming to be “Bikoy,” went through booking procedures at Camp Crame on Thursday, a day after he surrendered to the Northern Police District of the National Capital Region Police Office. ADVERTISEMENTAdvincula has standing warrants of arrest for estafa and large-scale illegal recruitment cases in Benguet province and Baguio City. PNP chief Police General Oscar Albayalde said the warrants will be returned to its court of origin as part of police procedures. Albayalde said the PNP will investigate the claims of Advincula against personalities he divulged were allegedly involved in the creation of the videos.
