MANILA, Philippines —The Manila International Airport Authority on Sunday announced that several domestic flights were grounded due to Tropical Depression “Urduja.”Carriers Cebu Pacific, CebGo, Philippine Airlines Express, Air Asia Zest, and SkyJet were prompted to call off 62 of its flights due to the bad weather. Most of the flights canceled were headed to and from Bicol and the Western Visayas region. As of 10 a.m., “Urduja” was estimated based on all available data at in the vicinity of Mobo, Masbate. It is forecast to move west-southwest at 15 kilometers per hour.
