MANILA, Philippines — At least two flights were grounded on Thursday, December 14, due to bad weather caused by Tropical Depression Urduja. Budget carrier Skyjet were prompted to cancel two of its flights as the tropical depression slightly intensified. The flights suspended were headed to and from Siargao. As of 10 a.m., the state weather bureau said the eye of "Urduja" was located east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
