The new range highlights LG DUALCOOL technology accompanied with an air purifier. The South Korean maker’s local unit, LG Electronics (Thailand), is now targeting to become Thailand’s leader in the inverter air-conditioner market with a 25-per-cent share. Marketing director Nipon Wongsaengarunsri said on Tuesday: “When you desire of a house filled with high comfort, LG home appliances can distinctly meet the requirement. Three of the new inverter models also come equipped with SmartThinQ application, a feature that enables users to control the air-conditioner beyond only power on and off functions anywhere any time, even when they are away. LG says it is the only brand in the market that ensures safety against high-voltage or power surges of up to 450 volts and provides a three-year warranty on the condensers and a 10-year warranty on compressors.
