Claims by Azimio politicians that there is bias in the distribution of subsidised fertiliser are disturbing. Azimio chiefs have claimed the government is not supplying enough fertiliser in Nyanza because the region supports opposition leader Raila Odinga. Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has been saying that Kenya Kwanza “ shareholders” will benefit first from the Ruto administration. It further states that a person shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against another person on any of the grounds specified or contemplated in the clause. Nyanza has previously suffered economic isolation because of its opposition role which is also provided for by the constitution.
