"If a Pizza delivery, LPG gas delivery, credit card executives, and other delivery don't pose a threat, how can Doorstep Delivery of Services be a threat to the safety and security of women and other citizens? The L-G house on Thursday alleged that a misplaced parallel is being drawn between the current proposal and E-Commerce. The L-G house once again confirmed that the proposal was not rejected. Among the 40 public services, which were to be covered under the scheme in the first phase, are caste certificates, income certificates, driving licences, new water and sewer connections, driving licences, duplicate driving licences, handicap pension schemes, domicile certificates, issuance of the delayed birth order and Lalo Dora certificates.
