Mbappe and Giroud need to get over any rift between themselves quickly as France have a difficult European Championship group in front of them. Didier Deschamps' side also face reigning European Championships winners Portugal in their final group game to determine where they finish in the group. France are looking to follow Spain's recent example of becoming champions of both the World Cup and the European Championship in quick succession.
