The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has explained why their report on a petition linked to a key member of the National Cathedral of Ghana has stalled. Ablakwa petitioned CHRAJ in January 2023 in a complaint of corruption and abuse of office relative to some expenditure that the National Cathedral made. The respondents included the Minister of Finance, Controller and Accountant General's Department and the National Cathedral Board. Victor Kusi-Boateng, JNS Talent Center Limited and Johannes Eshun and Shiela Eshun. It turns out Kwabena Adu Gyamfi’s JNS Talent Centre has been the cause of CHRAJ’s delay.
