Sheriff's officials say Kris Jenner has been involved in a traffic collision but did not require serious medical treatment at the scene. Winslow says Kris Jenner and the other driver both declined to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. An email sent to Kris Jenner's company seeking comment was not immediately returned. Jenner is the ex-wife of Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner and mother of Kim Kardashian. He did not know the extent of any injuries but said both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
