Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello on Thursday tasked members of the Bankers’ Forum in the state to do more in the area of corporate social responsibility to its host community. He made the call when he received members of the Bankers’ Forum, Kogi State Chapter, at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Lokoja. The leader of the Bankers’ Forum and a senior staff with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Ahmed Sule, said the banks are making effort to increase and improve their Corporate Social Responsibility activities in Kogi State. He said the Bankers’ Forum will get back to their headquarters and come up with a better way of contributing to the state’s Security Trust Fund. The Forum commended Governor Yahaya Bello’s efforts in confronting the security challenges in the state.
