Taken at Mt Cook National Park at Aoraki on the South IslandAdvertisementNew Zealand is famed for its breathtaking scenery - and a recent promotional video ahead of the Women's World Cup hasn't disappointed. Girls from Timaru's West End AFC, Twizel Area School and Arowhenua School took part in the match of a lifetime, which was refereed by New Zealand Football national referee development manager Lindsey Robinson. Tourism New Zealand chief executive René de Monchy said the FIFA Women's World Cup was a 'significant opportunity' to promote Aotearoa as a destination to an international audience. Star New Zealand midfielder Emma Rolston made her way to Mt Cook National Park to see the girls in action - and labelled it 'the most beautiful place on Earth.' 'We are going to be the best host country for the World Cup because we have so much to offer,' she said.
