Kiwibank says its mobile app was not affected by fault. Kiwibank says it has fixed a fault that left customers unable to log onto the bank’s online banking service for most of Sunday morning. One customer had told Stuff they had been unable to log on since 6am, and there were reports of similar issues on social media. The bank confirmed shortly after 10am that there was a fault which its website technology team were aware of and attempting to fix.
