Kiwibank chairman Rob Morrison stepping down, replaced by Susan MackenMaarten Holl/FAIRFAX NZ Investment banker and Wellington Phoenix chairman Rob Morrison is stepping down as chairman of Kiwibank. The chairman and deputy chairman of Kiwibank will step down this week, as the state-owned bank transitions into its new ownership. Kiwibank's board will elect a deputy chairman. In a statement, Kiwibank said Morrison and Phillippo "have led Kiwibank through a period of significant growth since they joined the Board in 2011 and 2016 respectively". Morrison, the brother of Infratil founder of Lloyd Morrison, joined Kiwibank in 2010 and became chairman a year later.
