By Dave WorsleyQueenstown tennis professional Ben McLachlan has this afternoon achieved a significant result in his career. Twenty-five-year-old McLachlan and Australian doubles partner Jarryd Chaplin have won through to the final of the US$1000,000 Monterrey Challenger in Mexico. McLachlan ranked at a career-high 235 and Chaplin defeated the experienced Colombian pair Alejandro Falla and Eduardo Struvay 2-6 6-3 11-9 to make the final.
