Whoever invented the paneer/tofu slicer had me in mind. I like eating tofu and paneer but, until I got my hands on a slicer, my shapes were never right, either too big, small, long, short but edible. The slicer is won’t take up much space in your kitchen. It is designed with seven cutting wires, which gives 14 even cubes for every double slice you make. Besides slicing through tofu and paneer, any soft food can be cut using the slicer.
