A Kisumu bishop jailed for 75 years after being found guilty of defiling three girls and infecting one with HIV has appealed the sentence. According to court records, the accused touched the girls inappropriately between April and July 12, 2016. The magistrate said the prosecution had proven its case against the accused on all the four counts. Mbulika said from the evidence given by one of the witnesses, it was clear the accused had unprotected sex on five occasions. He wants court records for him to list more grounds.
