Kipper the Dog is jumping from the page to stage for a run of festive performances at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Maidenhead. Based on the award-winning children’s books by Mick Inkpen, Kipper’s Snowy Day is showing at the centre until Sunday, December 30. Suitable for children aged three and over, the show was originally performed in 2014 when it was created by Norden Farm and theatre company Slot Machine. The companies met with Mick Inkpen during the creative process, and he gave the script his seal of approval. Best known for his creations Kipper the Dog and Wibbly Pig, Mick Inkpen’s books have been translated into 20 languages and more than eight million Kipper books have been sold worldwide.
