The Senator says the Opposition should also provide time and routesCord should be allowed to hold daily protests over IEBC, that is according to Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen. Not just that, but it also said it has increased the days of the weekly demos against the IEBC two twice including Thursdays. “I suggest Cord should be given freedom to protest every day in all the counties they choose,” Murkomen posted on his Twitter handle on the evening of Friday, June 10. He added: “This will provide certainty and give proper notice to all Kenyans whose rights are likely to be infringed. “Meanwhile, the Jubilee team is jogging and warming up in the field ready for Cord any time, in any form and as soon as they are ready for dialogue,” Murkomen also said as quoted by the Star.
