Professional services firm Kinore is targeting revenues of €15m by 2028 after completing the acquisitions of three Irish firms, based in Cork and Dublin. Kinore has agreed deals for Martin & Co Accountants in Cork, and Dublin-based Clear Group Accountants and Only Audit Limited. Clear Group, founded in 2009 provides accounting, payroll, and tax services. Only Audit Limited is a dedicated audit practice, supporting accounting firms across Ireland with independent audits. Before the acquisition of Martin & Co, Clare Group, and Only Audit, Kinore aleady employed 75 professionals.
