Charin Chakkapak, director-general of the Interior Ministry’s Local Administration Department, has been named permanent secretary of the Labour Ministry. At the Commerce Ministry, Department of Business Development chief Bunjongjit Angsusing becomes deputy permanent secretary for commerce, succeeded in his post by inspector-general Kulanee Isadisai. At the Finance Ministry, Fiscal Policy Office director Krisada Chinavicharana becomes Excise Department director-general, succeeded by Public Debt Management Office director Suwit Rojanavanich. Deputy permanent secretary Prapas Kong-ied was appointed director of the Public Debt Management Office and inspector-general Narin Kalayanamit deputy permanent secretary for Finance. Fiscal Policy Office adviser Banthornchome Kaewsa-ard and State Enterprise Policy Office adviser Poomsak Aranyakasemsuk were appointed Finance Ministry inspectors-general.
