Snack bar maker Kind is calling out the sugar content in rival bars as it launches an augmented reality pop-up in Manhattan for 48 hours. Kind’s installation is the result of a second war, this one started – intentionally or not – by Clif Bar last month. We believe organic food is key to creating a healthier, more just and sustainable food system for all of us, and that organic food connects people to the planet." It’s not surprising that Kind hasn’t stopped fighting the bar wars that Clif started with the New York Times ad. On the sugar front there are two important things to note: First, the basic Clif Bar is positioned as an energy bar, not a snack bar.
