The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, has become the focus of social media speculation for a recent Instagram photo. Another person joked: "i’m sorry you lost your right arm at your secret island Kim. Elsewhere, another Twitter user questioned: "Where is the rest of your arm, did it get photoshopped out like the rest of you?" The message prompted numerous parodies on social media to satirise and criticise Kim for being 'tone-deaf'.
