John Charles, MakurdiBenue State Government has imposed restriction of movement on Obagaji-Akwu Okokolo-Abugbe road and other areas in the troubled Agatu Local Government Area. The state security council at a meeting held during the visit of council members to the troubled area on Monday resolved to restrict movement in the affected areas. “They are also to produce the body of an Okokolo youth leader said to have been killed at Akwu”. The State Deputy Governor, Abounu on Monday led members of state security council accompanied by some leaders in Agatu to Akwu and Okokolo on-the-spot assessment. Among those who accompanied the Deputy Governor were the State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, John Ngbede, former members of House of Representatives and State Assembly.
