Armed police officers were seen surrounding the area near the police station in Charleroi after the attack - AFPBRUSSELS - 29 May 2018: A man shot dead two police officers in the center of the eastern Belgian city of Liege on Tuesday and was himself shot dead after having taken a woman hostage, public broadcaster RTBF said on its website. Local prosecutors were not immediately available for comment.
