KILGORE, Texas (KETK) – The Kilgore Police Department is trying to find the person who left a dog and her puppies, including two found dead, near the City Park on Friday. 17-year-old dead after overnight shooting in East TexasKilgore PD said that the dog and puppies were left off of North Street by City Park at 8:25 p.m. and by the time they were found on Saturday two of the puppies had died. Officials released the following video to help identify the driver who dropped off the puppies:Officials are asking anyone with information on the previous owner, shown on video dumping the dogs, to contact detective Joshua Sims at 903-218-6907 or Kilgore Animal Control at 903-988-4120.
