According to the hospital authority, the participants built a mud fort and placed diyas on it, in the hope of a brighter future for each one of them. Bringing in Diwali cheer, the Bai Jerabai Wadia Children’s Hospital authority organised a mud fort-making event for children in the hospital. Making a fort from mud is an age-old tradition followed by many families on the occasion of Diwali. Through this activity, the hospital wanted to bridge the gap between tradition and peaceful celebration.
