In the wake of rising COVID-19 cases, the makers of Bigg Boss Kannada season 8 has decided to pull the plug on the show. The reality show hosted by Kiccha Sudeepa is all set to go off the air with eight contestants still in the competition. The channel airing Bigg Boss Kannada 8 took to their social media pages and released a statement regarding the same. It read as "It’s been 71 days since Bigg Boss Season 8 started. The eight contestants still inside the Bigg Boss house are Aravind KP, Divya Uruduga, Divya Suresh, Prashanth, Chakravarthy, Nidhi and others.
