Principal Administrative Secretary in the Office of President Kennedy Kihara has said burial preparations for late president Mwai Kibaki are going on smoothly. Speaking in Othaya on Wednesday, Kihara noted that the sitting arrangement in the venue has been approved. "We have plans for where the family, clergy, choir, VIPs from other states, Kenyan VIPs and the normal Kenyans would sit," he said. He said that the Othaya service will target the common citizen from Othaya and its surrounding. The PAS said that the team will not be able to accommodate all mourners at Kibaki's residence during the burial.
