Damien LepchaNew Delhi: Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday attended the public reception programme of Students Experience in Inter-state Living (SEIL) organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) here. SEIL is an initiative to bridge the gap between people of different regions across the country, with a primary focus on improving relations between the people of the Northeast and other parts of the country. As part of this programme, students from the Northeast are encouraged to travel to other parts of the country and stay there with local residents so that they can understand one another's culture and tradition. In the same way,students from other parts of the country are encouraged to travel to northeastern states and stay with local families there.
