KUALA LUMPUR: In a bid to tackle corruption, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has implemented a reshuffling exercise of its lower rank officers, says Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad. The Minister, who made the announcement, said the reshuffling exercise will be carried out once every two to three years to avoid the officers holding the same portfolio over a long period of time.
