BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia will leave for London on an Emirates 7:30pm flight today without having set an agenda for her party during her absence. On Thursday the party held a standing committee meeting about what will be their plan during her absence. A meeting attendee said she told party work to prepare for the elections, recruit new members, have central leaders visit districts, resolve internal party issues. Khaleda is also set to meet foreign dignitaries and politicians in London and will likely be joined by other BNP standing committee members there. Speaking to some BNP leaders and members, there seems a lot of exceptions people have about her visit.
